Shipping policy

If stated in the description as PRE-ORDER and or WAITLIST, there is no time frame for items shipping.  Updates for PRE-ORDER and or WAITLIST are posted on both Instagram and Facebook at gonzalescreates.

Ready to Ship processing of 3-7 business days.

Orders that include both ready to ship and Pre-Order and or Waitlist, will follow the no time frame for shipping, unless a separate shipping fee is paid for the ready to ship items.  Please contact gonzalescreateshelp@gmail.com for this request.
