Shipping policy

As stated in the description, all orders are pre order annd waitlist  only, meaning there is no time frame for the cups as they are custom to what is ordered, updates get posted bi weekly regarding what place in line they are. customers are encouraged not to order if they do not understand the waitlist service but are made aware of the waitlist and time frame beforehand.
